NEXTerminal new hardware and software
[30-01-2006] There is a new station and laptop, with better performance more functionality. The NEXTstation II comes with a 1Ghz VIA cpu and 128MB DDR memory and fast graphics card in a smaller footprint and 6x USB-2 (2 front and 4 at the rear). The new laptop has a 1Ghz CPU, 15" screen, 54Mbit wireless adapter, Gigabit network card and high performance graphics adapter, which results in super performance compared to other terminals. |
| NEXTerminal released TCMS 1.2.5. which includes immediate action buttons in the terminal configuration popup enabled even if the terminal is off, and the ability to add a reboot button in the disconnect page, wake-on-lan tool. Also the NEXTerminal OS has gone into version 3.6.1. which includes the latest ICA client and GraphOn client pre-installed. The new NEXTerminalOS is integrated with the online management software, which includes Stealth tracking, zerotouch configuration , automatic software updates and online reporting facilities. |
